Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design Creative emailers and communications for Learning and OD initiatives
  • LMS Admin role and front-end employee queries related to the LMS and L&D programs
  • Managing logistics & workshop requirements with Facilities, Admin and IT team support to ensure a smooth learner experience
  • MIS and Data Management- Manage the MIS and Dashboards for the team
  • Contracts, Vendor Payments- Manage Vendor contracting empanelment and invoicing process for vendors, internal employee reimbursements
  • Support with Content Research, Vendor sourcing and evaluation as a knowledge resource apart from admin functions

Skills & Requirement
  • Bachelors/PG in Business/HRM/Humanities/Other streams with an inclination in HRM/L&D
  • MS Office Proficiency- Expert level in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Preferable- Video and Photo Editing tools (Story, Mix, Moviemaker, Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
  • Analytical ability and Research skills- Content Research
  • Communication Skills, Interpersonal skills, and Personal Efficiency
  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities at a time
  • Strong drive and rigor for results and execution
  • Should be a self-motivated and a quick learner- should be able to ideate and offer solutions proactively
  • Should have personal discipline, high degree of task and results focus
  • Should be able to front end various stakeholders and 1st level employee queries effectively
  • Manage multiple stakeholder interactions, vendors, internal departments with ease
