Job Description :

Role and responsibilities:

  • Research & analysis - Actively engage in primary and secondary research of best practices, frameworks, case studies, learning content to support design/ deployment of Leadership and Organization Development interventions
  • Project Branding & Communication – Ideation and deployment of creative branding campaigns (mailers, merchandise, shoots etc) for active HR projects
  • Data Management - Organize, update and prepare MIS and monthly Dashboards
  • Project Management & Coordination – Coordinate, liaise and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth day-to-day operations and effective deployment of Interventions
  • Vendor Management – Manage and facilitate vendor contracting and payout with internal stakeholders and processes

Pre-Requisites:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, expertise in Excel required (Knowledge on Photoshop/ CorelDraw/ Illustrator etc is a plus)
  • General Awareness of HR Functions/ L&OD
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong appetite for personal learning, development and growth
  • Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic working environment
  • Proactivity with good listening skills
  • Creativity and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking ability
  • Detail orientation and capability to analyze and infer data
